The man on the phone reassured that they will send a driver on time. On the day of the driver was nowhere to be found so I called the number multiple times to see what was happening but did not get any response.... I waited 15 minutes but the driver wasn't there. Waited 30 minutes and still no sign of driver... I ended up calling Uber instead... Called the service afterwards to see what happened but I never got an answer..... Good thing I didn't pay upfront because that would've been a disaster read less

It's very terrible service. I booked a taxi and paid the money online. The taxi didn't come. They didn't return the money. I called, wrote - no reaction. I do not recommend the service to use.

Picked up promptly and dropped off at Stansted, Bit of a mix up re collection and although we were left at stansted at 2am they organised alternative taxi and paid the difference in cost to us.
