To book you must make a payment straight away, which in my case was £110 for a journey to Stansted.Within an hour of booking I cancelled and followed it up with a call the following morning apologising for the cancellation and to ask about the refund. I was assured I would get it once the money had arrived in their account.The following is the diary I have kept. I must state that every time I called they have picked up and have been polite:13 Jan 22 - called again at 09:05 and was reassured that the refund would be with me next week.21 Jan 22 - 15:30 - Still no refund. Called and assured it would be with me Monday and to call them if not.24 Jan 22 - 15:40 - Still no refund in my account. Will check tomorrow to give him the full day.25 Jan 22 - 20:00 - Still no refund.27 Jan 22: Called and he apologised as he wasn’t able to get the refund on to the card. He requested I emailed him my acc number and SC to process the refund. Sent at 11:37am.31 Jan 22 - Still no refund. Further email sent stating I’m willing to discuss payment in instalments if it helps and if I don’t hear by 5 Feb 22 at 22:00 hrs, the matter will be escalated.3 Jan 22 - called to follow up the emails. He recognised it was me (said my name appeared on his phone). Immediately told me they had my account details but “the lady had been in and out of work”. I emphasised that Saturday would be one month since the refund was requested and if I didn’t see it by Monday I would escalate things. He assured me I would.I cannot comment on the actual service but from the above it can be seen that a cancellation and refund is painful, and still ongoing after a month despite my offers of reducing the payment amount in to instalments.I shall be contacting the relevant trading standards to escalate the matter. read less

I ordered a cab to go to Heathrow back in August 1. Because the flight was on 9 AM, I called beforehand to make sure I get a cab coming to pick me up at 5 AM. The man on the phone reassured that they will send a driver on time. On the day of the driver was nowhere to be found so I called the number multiple times to see what was happening but did not get any response.... I waited 15 minutes but the driver wasn't there. Waited 30 minutes and still no sign of driver... I ended up calling Uber instead... Called the service afterwards to see what happened but I never got an answer..... Good thing I didn't pay upfront because that would've been a disaster read less

It's very terrible service. I booked a taxi and paid the money online. The taxi didn't come. They didn't return the money. I called, wrote - no reaction. I do not recommend the service to use.

Picked up promptly and dropped off at Stansted, Bit of a mix up re collection and although we were left at stansted at 2am they organised alternative taxi and paid the difference in cost to us.

I've used the services of this firm multiple times and I only had good experiences. Cars were always clean, the drivers polite, respectable and most importantly got us to the airport on time.
